HENKEL: Henkel chooses On Demand


Henkel France works in three fields: Household cleaning, Cosmetics and Adhesive Technologies. In a competitive international context, coupled with strong internal growth, Henkel France wanted to boost its competitive edge by developing internal collaborative processes and B2B processes with distributors. The company has depended on Generix Group for many years to develop customer partnerships.

It is constantly improving service rates in points of sale, stock rotation and stock levels. It manages to meet its customers’ requirements thanks to a flexible organisation and to Generix Group collaborative solutions:

Henkel France chose On Demand mode very early on and has gradually moved all of its Generix Group applications over to SaaS (Software as a Service).
