Master Green Belt in Lean – CGBL – 1st Level

Duration: 5 days in a 3 months timeframe

Advance has designed this Executive Masters Course to transfer Lean-specific knowledge from the International Independent Board for Lean Certification’s Book of Knowledge of (www.iiblc.org).

You can also obtain Lean 6Sigma Green Belt certification by attending the Green Belt and the Six Sigma Green Belt add-on module, and taking the respective exams.

The course objectives are:
- to transfer the Lean vision of how to create Value for the Customer
- to provide Lean-specific knowledge, including techniques and tools to identify the flow of Value and sources of waste
- to provide a structured approach for successful Lean implementation, introducing the necessary cultural and organisational changes
- to accelerate learning by communicating the critical issues to be faced, and the solutions adopted, via a Lean Implementation Case Study
- to prepare candidates to pass the Lean Green Belt (CGBL) IIBLC® exam

The course is delivered by certified IIBLC® instructors with many years’ educational and professional experience in Lean.

Request the IIBLC® Green Belt or Black Belt Book of Knowledge (BOK) for 36 euros (including VAT + shipping).

MASTER STRUCTURE

The course includes:
- a classroom training phase
- an individual study phase with remote support from instructors
- a simulation of the classroom exam with discussion of the results

Practical exercises are conducted during the course to allow immediate verification and application of the concepts outlined in the classroom, and use the tools adopted in Lean implementations to identify Value flows and waste sources. Successful Lean implementation Case Studies are also discussed.

The course is structured across 5 days of classroom training with certified instructors.

Teaching is in English.
