The Executive Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management Interactive Learning - Webinar is designed to prepare the candidate for the international Certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) of APICS, the Association for Operations Management.

The CPIM program addresses fully and exhaustively all relevant tools for business management. From September 2017, the CPIM course has changed  from 5 to 2 exams (Part 1 and Part 2).

Advance has designed the CPIM Interactive Learning Webinar modules to respond to the needs of those who, for private or professional reasons, cannot take part in the Inter-company course’s classroom lessons. Participants will take part in 18 sessions of 1.5 hours of individual study through group conference calls with a certified instructor. The conf-call will continue at intervals of 2-3 weeks.

The course is based on the Body of Knowledge (BOK) of APICS and is aimed at:
. Transfer Best Practices in Operations and Supply Chain Management
. Prepare the Certified (candidate) in Production & Inventory Management Certification (CPIM)
. Encourage the transition from knowledge to skills

The new APICS editions of Advance School offer the possibility of participating in The Fresh Connection, tactical / strategic application module of acquired knowledge, together with a qualified APICS instructor.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course consists of 2 Parts, with 5 modules, each of them being provided:
- A training phase via Webinar
- An individual study phase with distance support from instructors
- Simulation of the 2 exams with discussion of the results

The course is divided into 16 Webinar sessions of 1,5 hour each with certified instructors.
Teaching, material and the final exam are in English.
In order to obtain the CPIM certification, the professional has to pass 2 Exams (Part 1 and Part 2)
