About Our Client

Our client is a mutinational company based in Geneva

Job Description


  • Lead regional RFIs, RFQs and negotiations
  • Data and spend analytics
  • Summarize recommendation(s) via Power Point for alignment with stakeholders

Stakeholder Relationship:

  • Work closely with Global and Regional teams to align on key decisions
  • Link with Site Buyers to capture local needs and share best practices
  • Work with sourcing center to manage RFIs, RFQs and market data analyzes
  • Communicate to key internal stakeholders/Global Category Managers any market conditions changes which may affect the Business
  • Identify potential demand and specification changes and communicate/influence business stakeholders to drive cost improvements

The Successful Applicant

- Master Degree or equivalent

- At least 5 years' experience in indirect procurement within an international company, with regional or global reach

- Experience on categories such as Utilities, Properties, Maintenance and Facility Services are preferred

- English fluent, french a plus

What's on Offer

6 months mission, potential for a permanent role after.
