CARe Schadeservice is a market leader in the Netherlands for automobile body shops. The company, which is part of the Athlon group, has over 60 branches and more than 900 employees. CARe deals with about 100,000 collision repairs each year. The development of the system was part of the TUNe project. TUNe contains a central planning system for the reception and workshop areas. The system enables the CARe branches to outsource collision repairs to one another within the chain. The goal is to eventually have all branches in the Netherlands work with the system.
