About Our Client

Our client is one of the biggest private banks in Switzerland

Job Description

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Support reviewing current outsourcing agreements and update them to new regulations
    requirements.
  • Support sourcing projects, including negotiations with suppliers.
  • Processing Purchase Order & licence renewals.
  • Support on reporting procurement KPIs
  • Manage Market Data invoices.

This is a non-exhaustive list of your main missions

The Successful Applicant

- Background in Procurement and Procure to Pay processes/tools

- Service oriented person with good communication and organization skills

- Problem solving skills and results driven person

- Speaks French and English fluently
